Greek Oregano has grown wild on the mountains of Greece for thousands of years. Prized for both culinary and medicinal uses, mineral-rich Greek oregano contains more of two medicinal compounds in particular- carvacol and thymol, than other varieties. These compounds not only contribute to the unique and intense flavour profile of Greek oregano, but they also contain well-known antibacterial, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Our Greek oregano is wild-harvested by hand, gathered, and sundried using traditional methods on Mount Olympus.

Use whole stems of Greek oregano bouquets to garnish Greek salads, roast potatoes, grilled and roasted meat, and any Mediterranean-inspired dishes.
