Story:

Nutrient dense, this single-celled green freshwater algae is grown at high-elevations under strictly controlled environmental conditions. Our chlorella is exposed to natural sunlight – Chlorella is uniquely efficient at converting sunlight into edible nutrition, particularly protein and chlorophyll. For this reason it was widely studied as a staple food source for humans. Chlorella has a hard outer shell, that that requires a specialized cracking process in order to be digested by humans.

Instructions:

Add 1/4 tsp – 1Tbsp to smoothies, elixirs, dressings or desserts.
