Hulled Buckwheat: Raw and Organic 

Story:

Known in Quebec as the “golden pile.” Rich in lecithin to help soak “bad” cholesterol. High in magnesium for heart health, manganese for joint support, iron to boost blood and B vitamins to support the nervous system. 

Instructions:

Rinse, discard water and put 1 cup buckwheat to 2 cups water. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer, 15-20min. Use it plain, in stir fry, pudding or add to soup or salad.
