Maple Sugar

This traditional sweet treat is made from heating and stirring maple syrup to further concentrate the sugars. It has a delicate, yet deeply flavourful sweetness. Maple Sugar is often found sold in pressed shapes – a simple form for an easily transported sweet. Indigenous peoples in northeastern parts of North America were the first to produce maple syrup products.

How to Use

Sprinkle Maple Sugar on porridge, desserts or chocolates, or add a crunchy sweetness to a pie crust. Delicious in homemade chocolates.
