Used medicinally in Europe for centuries to treat epilepsy, infertility, hypertension, arthritis, insomnia, and mental problems. 

Tea infusion: Add 1-2 tsp to 1 cup hot water. Steep 10-15 min. Strain. Or make a tincture.
