Rosemary is known for its uplighting, energizing qualities. Traditionally associated with improving circulation and strengthening memory. Shown to stimulate the nervous system, increasing blood flow to the brain helping ease headaches. Rich in anti-inflammatory tannins to help soothe a sore throat. 

Add to sauteed mushrooms, fried potatoes or stuffing. Or make a tea as an aspirin alternative. Add 3 Tbsp to 1 cup boiled water. Steep 10 min. Strain.
